In Baier factory, our staff made this video to instruct how to disassembly and assembly the power head of cassette hydraulic torque wrenches.
Disassembly Steps:
Pull out the latch from the wrench set;
Lift the power head slightly, remove it from the working head.
Assembly Steps:
Gently turn the hexagon socket;
Hook the hook head of the power head and the pin shaft together;
Insert the latch into the wrench.
